Video of firefighters man exiled to the ground

Tapes from a surveillance camera show, Portland firefighters forcing a 48-year-old man to the ground and a KicKing him after he argued with them buildilng in the lobby of his apartment. A spokesman for the Portland Fire Bureau said, would come out probably another story, although the videotape was recorded, which in the lobby, said because the man was aggressive and firefighters felt threatened.
